Emergency Contact Details:
Please fill out your emergency contact information in the Intake Form when you book an appointment. Your emergency contact person will only be reached if your safety is at risk.
Rescheduling:
Please note that payments are not refundable when appointments are rescheduled for less than 24 hours (in line with the rental space policy).
Cancellation:
Please note that payments are not refundable for cancellation of appointments less than 48 hours. Please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel the appointment.
